To change your payment account, log into your online account and on your Overview page you will see your payment account. If an update is needed, select “Change Payment Account.”
From here, you will be prompted to enter your routing and account number for your personal checking or savings account that you wish to have your monthly payments processed from.
- Please note that, you will be requested to enter the information twice just to ensure there are no errors and we can update your account as quickly as possible.
It can take up to 5 business days for your account to be fully updated and reflect on your only account. A member of our Payments team may reach out if there is documentation that is needed to update your account.
**We are unable to update your payment account until your first payment has been made. Please come back after you have made your first payment and we will be happy to update it for you!
